Put the center on the corner and line one ray up with 0. Follow that scale to the other ray. An angle smaller than a square corner is under 90°.
Watch for: Reading the wrong scale, so 60° becomes 120°. Counting from 180 instead of from 0.
At home: Measure the angle of an open door or a laptop screen together.
